Mike did a wonderful job of bringing back to life my late Grandmothers chair. By replacing the stuffing and carefully recovering the fabric, he has restored a very much loved and previously battered chair to its former glory. The fabric selection was excellent and we love the rich blue we went for and finished piece. Excellent craftsmanship for a very reasonable price. Would highly reccommend.

I was looking for someone to re-upholster a chair for me, when a friend recommended Mike.

My friend had been very pleased with Mike’s work, so I decided to get a quote. I went to see him and we discussed various options – re fabrics and their suitability. He was happy to supply the fabric or to let me find it and even recommended some fabric websites.

He quoted me a very reasonable price and my new chair was ready in a couple of weeks. I was so pleased with it that I commissioned him to recover a very tatty but much loved, foot stool. Once again, I am delighted with the transformation.
